A principal of RFP, Mark St. Jean brings to the firm over twenty-three years of real estate experience across a broad spectrum of disciplines to include investment banking, asset management and brokerage. Mark is responsible for identifying, underwriting and closing structured finance and equity joint venture transactions. He also is responsible for strategic planning and investment at the firm and is a senior member of the investment committee. Since coming to RFP, he has invested $95 million in sixteen separate joint venture equity transactions totaling 3.4 million square feet of commercial space and closed an additional $26 million in mezzanine debt transactions.

Mr. St. Jean holds a MBA from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College, Master of Science in Education from Lesley College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College. He is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a NASD Series 7 and Series 63 License.
