Thomas Tavenner is responsible for managing all legal issues at RFP and for coordinating transactions with outside counsel. He also is involved in the acquisition and disposition of assets, due diligence and underwriting of new loans and ventures. Before joining RFP, Mr. Tavenner was Partner at Curran, Coffey & Tavenner, LLP, where he focused on bankruptcy, workout, commercial law, real estate and general civil practice. Formerly, he was Associate Attorney at Curran & Curran, P.C., where he handled all aspects of bankruptcy-related litigation.

He earned a Juris Doctor with honors at Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction at the University of Maine.
