William Tanski’s 27 year commercial real estate career includes broad experience in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and capital formation.  Most recently, he was Managing Director of Capital Markets at TriSail Corporation, a subsidiary of Bank of America that specializes in high-yield subordinate debt investments.  Prior to TriSail Mr. Tanski was responsible for sales, marketing, and business development at Property & Portfolio Research, a leading institutional real estate advisory firm.   Mr. Tanski was also Vice President of Investment Sales at Grubb & Ellis’ Boston Office.  He was previously Vice President of Fleet Bank, where he was responsible for the management and disposition of bank-owned property.  Prior to joining Fleet he was a Vice President at the Bank of Boston, where he sat on the Bank’s Real Estate Investment Committee.  Mr. Tanski holds a Masters Degrees from Harvard University in City and Regional Planning, an M.B.A. from Boston University, and a Bachelors of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University.  He was the 2009 President of the Real Estate Finance Association, and is currently Chair of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Finance Committee.
